Counter-sunk bungs off the frame, well that's the plan at the moment.

...hello man, can you explain more in detail how do you did the front flange?
Is possible to obtain a cone too?
Im very interested.
Thanks
The process is pretty straight forward. Machine the shape and diamiter you want for your flange, we just used aluminum bar stock. Next step was to use a generous amount of lube in the pipe and on the bar stock than put in a 12 ton press. Once removed your going to need a sheet metal hammer to bring the flange section into shape. Good luck.

I love it...I would be over the moon, around the corner and back up and over again if it was me.

I know someone has asked about the front wheel.....Why again?

My beard is not grey so I speak with the most possible respect I can muster.

Thank you, regarding the front wheel, it's temporary. It will match the rear wheel just havn't ordered it yet their a bit pricy, but it will be a 19 inch.

Making progress on the rear pipe, here's a before and after. Still a little ways to go but getting there.

hd74,
I like the added detail with the rod welded to the edges of the fender. It'll give the look of a nice rolled edge fender. Those type of details really set a bike apart from the rest of the crowd. You're doing a good job of staying with it and making steady progress, which can be easier said than done.
