hey guys...got some quetions here that i hope you all can help me with....i have a nice set of stock evo cases here and was wondering if i can put a 117" S&S top end on it ? of course the sleeves won't even attempt to slide into the cases....the S&S numbers on the jugs are 91-7089-s and the belly numbers on the evo cases are 1588139007 and the vin is DALJ507554......so if anyone out there can lay some wisdom on me that would be very cool.....can these cases be bored out to take this top end ?? thanks...

No, the cases for the 4" bore are a 1/4 inch out on the cam side, so you need the Big Bore cases.................Roach. Look at a set of Ultimas.

The most bore that you can do on OEM cases is 3-13/16 and at that you are riding a time bomb..
By boring the cases out to these jugs, gives you very little deck left between the jugs...

well first off thanks for the info guy....but damn that sucks....these are a great set of evo cases too....and a beautiful top end....so i guess i have to either come up with the bucks for some cases ......the search goes on....
