Well nearly done. I guess it's never really done. Front fender still needs new black paint, green fuel lines have to go and some more stuff to do.

My first build and my first bike. Complete engine rebuild, made my own hardtail, deraked the frame. Did everything except spokes, cranck balancing an some bushes that I needed before I had a lathe. Made led blinkers, led taillight, did the paint everything.

There are still some things that are an eyesore to me but I trust the haters to point them out anyway.

I picked up the shitheap I started out with one year and two weeks ago. I figure there's about 1000 hours of work in there.

As you can see I got a lot of inspiration from the JJ and I also got a lot of help from the knowers when I got stuck.

I thank you all.
This bike would not be here without the JJ.

I can't recall seeing a nicer looking bike, but....

somebody had to say it. Do you have enough travel in the front tubes? You could lift it a couple inches for safety and it would still look great.

Thanks for the pics.

you have very good taste, kudos. I'm a sucker for silver paint and finned primarys. Nice photos too BTW. They are now part of my favorite triumphs collection.

Here's some hate for the future. Black rims are the new red. In a year or two people will be givin you shit about having black rims when the new cool color will be green or tan or peach. Take it from a red wheel guy lol :D

Great bike, it is so clean it looks like it could have come from the factory like that. Definitely got saved to my favorite bobbers file. My Grandfather was born in Amsterdam in 1900.

VERY well done! I love the stance, low frame, low bars, tucked front wheel. PERFECT! One more thing, black will NEVER be out of fasion, great choices. Thanks for building something beautiful, instead of something "different".
Cheers, Dan.
