I have no idea, but it is kinda cool in it's own sorta way

 

He's on the board. The bike is quite a piece of art. A ton of work went into it. Those photos don't do it justice.

just read that link says he spent 11 months on it while working another job.

I dig it and I love that it's very different without being a chromed out cliche, but holy cow, $195,000? That's a nice home with a decent sized yard around these parts, and about $50,000 leftover to buy a couple of knuckleheads with. Like I said, I dig it and can totally appreciate the fab work and engineering, but that's a ton o' dough.

 

i find it a little "funny" someone by the name of "justinrookie" posted the same exact pic on the other board in the bezerker thread, not a good way to market your product if you ask me

speed shop in seattle,he actually bought a ducati motor off me a month or so ago for his next world championship build this august..i bs'd with him on the phone for awhile,seemed like a nice enough dude,beserker got third place last year.

The frame is pretty sweet, lots of work in there.

 

The cool thing about that bike to me is, when you see it from the front or rear, it is super skinny & all of what you see from the side fits in that line.

Oval tubing, exhaust thru frame, sheet metal front end....it has a lot going on that disappears in it simplicity.

Every bit of the bike has had engineering & thought followed by a lot of love put into thing nobody really gets unless you look at the during the build pictures.

If that price is real & it sells, itll be bought by somebody whos not hurting for doe & likes it.

I am curious to see the Duc when done, gooseneck & fat rear tire, should be neat.

My line of thinking as well and it's a cool bike.

We can read threads about pricey bikes and complain or we can read build threads, get stoked and learn. I vote for the later.

It's a matter of perspective .

About 10 years ago a good mate of mine was touring Tasmania on his Mike Hailwood Replica 900 Ducati . An older Japanese gent from a tour group wandered over and asked him how much to buy it off him. Doug said 50 grand Australian to get rid of him . The guy asked for Doug's details and Doug gave it no more thought . But when Doug got back to Sydney a week later there was an International Currency Draft for $50k in his mailbox for the bike . It happens . Same could happen to this . If he can get the price for it then good on him .

 

Id like to see it ridden... anywhere.
