im installing a heal &toe shifter, and an old brake pedal off an early pan.
the seat i got from a 48 pan. i took off the buddy seat.
my 74 is a low milage bike less then 25,000 miles on this baby.

the only thing i really changed was the rear brake, updated to a new duel piston style fuck that banana shit.
took out the pogo and added a small air bag under seat. rides bitching.
my toys ready to ride.
