hi,

this is a stock standard T140D
left hand change,
THE original primary chain is oiled as you probably know
with a mist of oil ,
there is now a seal which fits into the drive side case,
the GT3 Belt is the Latest from the gates ,
being a rubber product oil on this belt might degenerate it prematurely,
mind you there is a poly chain that slips happily in a mist of oil,
i am fitting a alloy breather to the timing cover as fitted to the late unit cases,

the one that vents oil from the rear of the chain case,

the rocker covers have both has 90 degree fittings to vent crankcase pressure,

this is all i have done so far,
The back wheel with Rubber cush is another part that might be of
interest as there is a brake drum connected to it,

lytedrive; is that a single disc clutch on that T140? you always come up with the most esoteric stuff!
i think your on the right track with the breather mods. never liked the idea of breathing around the crank area as theres too much oil being thrown there. but apparently, it does work.
what i do know is your gonna love that cush drive at the rear wheel! and the brake drum is cushed also? that is different! i put a cush drive rear on my hardtailed chop and its like a different bike! easily cut the vibration by a third! havent lost a tailight lens since![if that tells you anything]
