Sorta, kinda hypothetical ....
Lets say I have a Triumph motor and want to put it into BMW frame. Almost too simple.... It is a BMW.
Now lets say, I'm keeping part of the Triumph frame with motor mounts, attaching Bird hard-tail section and TITLED BMW neck and forks. How would you explain that to DMV or CHP ?

vin on the neck title goes with the neck ... still a BMW unless the trump vin number is on the left motor mount or downtube like some earlier brit types ( my bsa for one ) then you have a ummm
BriuMphW or a Kaiser in London ... either way it is prolly going to the realm of pain in the ass to use that BMW title with your trump.

Same kinda thing. Check with dmv, should be simple aspt title as long as you have all required proof of ownership for each major component.
