this is a Custom Cycle Engineering 39mm conversion kit to give your stock front end a wide glide look. It has a 1" stem, is for 39mm fork tubes, has an internal fork stop, and has never been mounted. It is damn near perfect show quality, but has minor shelf wear from sitting around for a few years. What is shown in the picture is what is included. The front axle is missing. This costs over $700 new. Looking for $300 shipped in the 48.
