I found a guy that has a Panhead (EL) bottom end with Knuckle cylinders and heads. It was in a fire and burned up pretty good. I'm going to take a look at it in person in a day or two, but what should I offer on it. What should I look out fro other than the obvious wraped cases, and melted aluminum?

Thats a tough one. It really depends on how bad it was burnt.

Fires pretty much destroy any hope of using stuff in the future.
