The wheel is 1966-67 650 and the trees are the same vintage, earlier bikes used the Neiman steering lock. The solid handlebar mounts make that a TR6C top tree. i'd call that a 1966-67 TR6C front end,

Thank you all for identifying these. I'm considering selling both the forks and wheel and need to know what I have. I hate letting any parts go.Especially if I don't know what they are.I have a 1970 triumph chop project and may need them in the future. So these tapered rollers are incorrect. Good to know. Thanks for all the help. I need the caps for the solid handlebar mounts. Anyone have any? Thanks.
