The harness is from a 2000 model Sportster 1200-NOT the kind with 4 spark plugs.
I can't ID this little red box.
Looks like a black,brown,and purple wire coming out.
Not obvious to me from the prints what this is.
Help!!

Can I just snip those 3 wires and tape 'em up good and be done with it?

It had the Brown & Purple color wires....
That's the Mo-Co colors for left and right ...

You can cut them...But won't be able to use LED's for turn signals..

Here's something else I found in this harness today.
There is a connector with 3 wires:black,green,and white/black.
All I can find on the print that fits the description would go to a Trap Door Solenoid,meaning this harness started life on a California bike.

So,can I just ignore these,and the bike will run?
Or must I defeat it in some other way?
