Wassell? smooth duckbill fender

I have what I think is a wassell fender, its stamped "Made in England" on one end(not the duckbill end) Its smooth with a duckbill, it doesnt have any holes drilled in it and it hasnt been cut, its still black too(but has some rust spots, nothing to bad) I think it might be NOS. PM me for info, will post pictures later. Looking to get 130 plus shipping or trade for harley/chopper parts..
