Ready to run, kicker and all. Clutch with it would be a bonus.

Well, considering the Electra Glide came out in '65, I'm gonna assume he's talking about a pre-electric start Harley. Not being a smartass, just saying.
Yep kick only to go in a '48 frame behind a '55 Panhead.
