vl parts id questions

Just wanted to know if anyone knew about these floorboards and chain gaurd, if they are for a vl and if so what year?

The floorboards are Vl i want to say they used them on all HD from 28-36

ok, thats what I wanted to know, the chain gaurd had me more leary
