Started a couple of months ago with a '53 Triumph rigid T100.

Latest build from Barons Speed Shop

Stripped it down, front hub drum and brake plate quickly chromed and polished

Bores are good, one fin broken, now repaired

Zinc plating done, as well as vapour blasting and polishing of cases, they look like new.

Few other bits and pieces chromed

Wheels laced, 18"and 21"

Frame powdercoated and assembly begins

Mudguard is a stock Trophy item with Trophy stays.

Cut to size and measured up, brackets at top and bottom and a further one fabricated in the middle.

Swapped the crank for a large journal one, machined to fit the older cases.

Yokes blasted and chromed

R&R rods arrived for the engine rebuild

Tank back from paint, really pleased with the finish

Tyre finally arrived from the States, and fitted to the rim.

M&H 18" Racemaster, the new batch produced by Skinner, cheers!

Got the twin carb manifold, it is CNC's so a trip to blaster will soften the edges a bit.

Carbs are a pair of chopped mono blocs.

Head in the oven and guides in the freezer to aid replacement, drop out the old and drop in the new.

That is where we are at now, we have a deadline to finish the bike by Friday this week
