I'd be interested in this as well. I figured some high density foam and contact cement would work, but haven't figured out what I would do for a liner yet.
If your helmets are like most of the older helmets, it will have a styrofoam inner liner. They are removable in one piece, or you can cut it in half and get it out that way. Then, buy foam and some breathable material, get some spray cement and a staple gun, and pad away. RF posted about doing it that way a while ago, I followed his instructions and it works killer.
I can post a pic of the helmet I redid that way later.

I emailed them about a month ago and they were no longer selling kits. Wouldnt taking the liner out of a new helmet and putting it in an old one be better then just random foam? If you do this post pictures. I need to redo my arthur fulmer but cant find a kit for em (justifieds only fit buco's) so im gonna haveta improvise too.
