An unusual bike, I think it's a Ford V8-60. A later build instead of a 1960's build, given the disc brakes, I believe. With that-much weight, I would want more-than a 5.10 90 series tire providing some rear suspension, as it appears to be a hardtail.

H__D_ did have a CX based flat tracker at first, but the multiple champion bike had a new motor that must have met the Class C rules.

The Guzzi is cool.
