Measure the valve stem diam. and the valve guide I.D. on each pair.

If the fit is beyond the limit listed in the book, the guides get replaced. Off-hand, I remember the Triumph limits being around .0035 to .005 loose as limits.

Not too big a deal to do if you do it carefully. You'll need a seat cutter to recut the seats after the new guides are installed.
