Guys I neeed your help. I am cleaning up my storage and want to identify the two boxes of triple trees that I collected over the years. Unfortunately I misplaced the box of Triumph parts manuals. Bummer as there are so many variations. I need the part numbers for the upper and lower tree on the following models:

1967 TT special - are those already the wider trees as used on the '68 up tls brake bikes? Is there a lock in the top tree?

1969 TR6c

1965 TR6c

Thank you in advance!

The wider trees were actually not introduced until the '69 model year even though the brake was changed in '68. Width went from 6.5" to 6.75". As for your question on part numbers and the lock in the top yoke. I'd have to research that and I don't have my resources at hand. If nobody else responds, I'll try to look them up.

Thank you Bob that already helped. Now if somebody comes up with the part numbers that would be great.

Wow! Thank you buddhistpunk! That is a great link and also thanks to Big D Cycle for putting this info up.

P.S. I can see how being a buddhist and a punk at heart can work.
