I searched and did not come up with the answer i was looking for.

i bought a new thrust washer from moores cycles the other day, and it is half steel and half copper. copper<|>steel

Heres the question, what side does the copper face? the back side of the clutch basket? or toward the clutch center

the bike is a 73 t140

that is what I figured, steel toward the clutch center and the copper toward the basket.
