Triumph 750 Ignition switch?

Since I am not working right now, I figured I would try to wire the bike.

I have a 750 (T140 I think) front end on it and I want to use the stock ignition switch location.

Does anyone have a parts book for the this bike? I need the figure out what the part number is.
