I want to use this Tolle fork brace...

when I rebuild the long bike.

But I have questions... a few of them. Has anybody on the board delt with them before?
I'm concerned about the language barrier and sorting out what parts I need. I may even go with their smooth lowers kit and that gucci little brembro caliper and rotor combo. So tasty.

If you peeps over there in the Nordic lands have a contact there you'd recommend for dealing with us peeps in the States lemme know.
Thanks

I have to say they are possibly the BEST company i have ever dealt with.

the BEST.

i hav a tolle sprotor calliper setup....i had some problems with it since day 1 with it leaking...i emailed them and they sent me a rebuild kit no problems...didnt have to pay shit..

custom chrome wanted to jerk me aroud for a refund/rebuild kit....they had new seals, etc. in the mail the next day...from overseas!!!!!!!!!!!1

so that didnt fix it....now its about 2 years after i have the caliper..they dont eve make my model any more..i send them an email...tell them I still have a leak...they said no problem and next day they sent me a BRAND NEW NEW MODEL setup with pads..again..didnt have ot pay shit..no questions asked..

through al this...they never once asked for a reciept or anything. just my address!!!!!!!!!!

ill buy from them EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK ...more companies in the US should have the customer service they do...

ont to knock anyone..but i called exile just inquiring about thier sprotor setup and i got "i dont have time to talk about it now can i call you back" and i got no call back...

these guys sent me a 600$ setup NO QUESTIONS ASKED...from a SINGLE email sent...with a 1 day response....

FROM OVERSEAS.

No offence intended, but with a lot of experience of bulletin boards in the english language, and dealing with american companies for at least 15 years, my guess is that the english skills of the people at Tolle's are better than a lot of people here.
And they make great stuff...

I found the English button :) and I saw those reseller links on the Tolle website. But when I visted the links I didnt really see anything specific to Tolle products on there. None of them specifically advertised that they regularly stock/ carry any Tolle parts. So I suspect Id call, talk it over with them then they'd have to order it. And then when they got it they'd ship to me. So I figured better to just work with Tolle.

As I've never spoken with anyone in that part of the world, all Ive seen is that one motorcycle msg board that was posted here. And I had no clue as to what was being posted... but it appears as though from your post and others I wont have any problems. Thanks to all for the replies.
