Buy yourself a twenty dollar lazer level. Makes it easy to check the sprockets, and tail section alignment. That looks like a pretty fat rear tire. How much clearance do you have between the tire sidewall and the chain?

Hmmmm....puzzling....it should line up, but not being there to check it out makes it difficult. Has the wheel been relaced?....maybe it is laced off center?

I do have the level (great tool). the front and rear sprockets are lined up. I am using a stock triumph rear wheel. I just think that it's weird the tire ends up off set from the backbone centerline.

The side of the tire is 5/8" off the centerline of the rear sprocket. (130/90-18 dunlop dirt track tire)

What is the measurement between the axle plates? It should be the same as a swingarm dimension. I see you have a big spacer on the left side of the axle..A stock bike has no spacer, just a nut. So I am wondering about the tail section being a possible culprit.
