Well i found an 18 - 3 inch rim. Now the question is do they make an 18 - 5.00 tire? All the 5.00 tires that i see are 16's and most of the 18's I see well, the widest has been 4.50 . Anybody making 18- 5.00's that are not whitewall?

Since you mentioned "5.00" instead of "130" I suppose you are looking for an old style tire...well, I don't think that's gonna be easy yard man...in 130 you will find them in every manufacturer catalog..but the old ones..and the max is 4.50 yes..
Here is an Avon 4.00-18 on early 3.00 rim..4.50 is quite a bit chunkyier..it's worth the try if you can loan a 4.50 for a trial fit on your rim...
Early car tires as found in the Coker books will fit your rim but I wouldn't take it out on the road...
