I'm looking to put an early tiger cub front hub/brake on a 39mm narrowglide.
Anybody done this or put one on any other front end and know whats involved?

You'll need to space the wheel correctly. Machining an axle is probably in the works with that combo. And anchor the brake backing plate. Sometimes you can use existing mounts, sometimes welding a new one is needed. Using the Harley fender will make it easy if it'll work with the wheel. Fitting the forks to another frame usually involves some spacers and possible machine work.

Yeah, this won't have a fender and brake stays shouldn't be a problem. I just noticed a few guys were running them on triumph frontends with little work and wondering what years those frontends are, or if he were to run it on the 39mm harey frontend a new axle would obviously need to be made, I'm just wondering if anybody has done it and what they came up with. Basically my buddy wants to use the cub front brake and is looking for the easiest way to do it. Thx
