Hi -- I'm hoping someone with a pre-unit Triumph can help me out by sharing a few pics of throttle cable routing. My cable does not go through the frame and under the tank, it dangles off to the side, which seems dangerous. Any help is appreciated.

Just take the slide off the carb end of the cable and route wherever you want. Typically through the forks by the headlight and over the engine.
