93inch panshovel. My first problem is finding a suitable rear fender for the 19 out back. The other thing holding me back is some mild fabrication. I need some mid controls and bars made. All of the LA builders I know seem to be to busy to help out, that and many things to be out of stock.
If anyone is in the LA area and down to do some fab work let me know!
Also if anyone wants to sell some flanders risers give me a jingle.
Dude, those pipes look like a version of zero eng. without the full loop...in actuality thay dont look that hard to build....order some mandrel bends, get some straight pipe locally and give it a shot....
You will only loose a little time, gain some experience and when you pull it off...you have the satisfaction of knowing you made them when asked where you got them....
My kind of bike for sure! sit down with a pad and paper and write down exactly what you need to get going, wiring harness, mid/forward controls, rear fender ect ect. Honestly I see a bike there you can finish up quickly if you have a plan and then get it done. Good luck! - Drew
Thanks for the suggestions. I have a magneto, front brake, primary and clutch all on order. I'll look into getting some pipes and some bends.
I really need to learn to weld.
If you look at the March issue of The Horse....there is a shovel (on the cover) that has "similar' style pipes.....they end up 2into1 but they look the same up to the kicker...
Okay I have some new parts. Flanders risers, my rear fender is in. Sonnyboy is selling me his tank from the oil and water show. I also picked up a primary cover. I'll get more pics when the parts are on the bike
