t140 spigot removal

First off my apologies if this is somewhere already - I did look but to no avail.

I am putting 650 adaptors on my 750 to run new pipes and cannot get the old ones out they wiggle but do not come out. My thoughts are pb blaster and some heat. I have a tendency to break things when they do not go my way and with age and wisdom use forums prior to breaking stuff.
