Tbars made by no school choppers 22" width and 8" rise. ran them on my bike but had new ones made. Chrome is good, has some scratches. Most scratches will be covered by grips. Anything not covered by the grips is very minor. 60 shipped to your door. If its to high price wise make an offer.
