I LOVE the first green bike and the green Knuckle. They are very cool. Do you (or anyone else) have any pics information on these two bikes?Tman said:Here is a cool single cylinder with a turbo for Conder.

Sorry guys, thats all I have for bike pics. I bet the NYC Chopper website has more info on their shit. I can ask the boys at Legend about the rest of the bikes. Their after-party hosted the Reverend, they were to play at 10, we had a monsoon, they went on after midnight, Got back into town at 3am...............I need a nap.efingstein said:Is the turbo thumper a buell? I'm really likin' it. It looks like a good way to get power out of the blast engines.
That's a big twin with a cylinder blocked off. Stickin' a turbo there to fill in the space was cool. How's it SOUND? BANG BANG BANG!!!!!! Right?efingstein said:Is the turbo thumper a buell? I'm really likin' it. It looks like a good way to get power out of the blast engines.
I guess this answers your question for the biggest, nastiest single,or ?Conder said:That's a big twin with a cylinder blocked off. Stickin' a turbo there to fill in the space was cool. How's it SOUND? BANG BANG BANG!!!!!! Right?
Never got to hear it run Tim. I fired up the T before the awards and got the fuck out. Wanted to beat traffic to Sturgis. A cool note, my dad was at a golf course several blocks away and could hear me when I fired up the 348. He was golfing with a 409 collecter, guess the guy got wood when it fired among a sea of V twins?Conder said:That's a big twin with a cylinder blocked off. Soooo....do they just counter-balance the flywheel? How do you keep it running smooth? And are you getting half the power before you put the turbo on? I guess a turbo would be almost essential then, eh?Conder said:That's a big twin with a cylinder blocked off. Stickin' a turbo there to fill in the space was cool. How's it SOUND? Hell, the highlight for me was some southern dude walking up and asking if I was a HAMBer!!!!!!!!! Nice to meet you! I got a buddy that has pics of the show and the after party with the Rev. I will get them on disk and post em.earl schieb said:Damn Tman.....that's all the pics you got??!?![]()
Guess I shouldn't say anything as I left my camera at the hotel........
Man, this gathering of bikes was right-on. I don't give a fuck WHAT you say---shiny/billit/fat tire/etc....I don't CARE---it was some of the FINEST craftsmanship I've ever seen......kinda like an art show.
Wish somebody had some pics of those two early Sporty bobbers out of Kendall Johnson's shop(I *think* cause of the keychain on the key in the ignition) anyway....rear seat made from a Chevy script valve cover...brass seat pan with louvers.....etc
Good seein ya there Tman. That little show was the static highlight of my whole trip![]()
