Hey guys,

i am thinking about that a bit more rake will look good on my triumph 6t rigid chopper.

After thinking about it a lot, I came to the conclusion that it would be easiest to install steering head cups with 3 degrees rake, as is often done on harleys.

Now my question: Does anyone know where I can get the appropriate cups that fit the triumph 6t or that could be adapted?

kind regards

Your 6T is it pre unit or unit? I ask because if it is a unit bike you can use pre unit fork yokes as these already have a 3 degree rake and the fork tubes are the same diameter.

The yokes look to be unit. If you measure the fork tube center to center it will be 6 3/4 inch if it is unit and if they are from a pre unit it will be 6 1/2 inches. The unit yokes have no rake. If you go back to using pre unit yokes you will need to change the axle or use a full width tls front wheel from a 68/69 Triumph.
