I’ve been away working
So going to fire up bike. Wet sumped which is normal
But carb accelerator pump is giving me grief
Last time the little needle thing inside was stuck
This time it works after cleaning but need to operate with thumb won’t spray with throttle
I’ve taken all apart looks ok could the diaphragm be hard maybe, I can’t remember how soft it was got to be 6 years old and was a shitty kit.
Sprays out of float bowl if I put finger on the hole at the bottom
Seems easy disassembled but assembled quite a force to get it to spray

The diaphram is soft. Have you checked the rod going through the float bowl isn't sticking, also check the lever pivots freely.

I was thinking diaphragm was hard maybe

When you operate throttle ,spring compresses and bar slides through plastic but when you operate with your finger it works. But slow to return
I’m pretty sure I only use it for starting as I never blip throttle hard when riding
I need to find someone with same carb to compare.

This needs to come apart to repair.
Order a kit so you have whatever you need to fix it, and replace the accel pump?
This should move freely, no binding.
