Starting a new build. 63 Pan drop-seat with late-model springer

Starting a new build, was looking around and I've got most of the essentials, so figured why not? I've got a 63 Pan frame with round swingarm and I'm wanting to mate a late model HD springer. Anything special needed for neck/stem fitment, bearings, etc? Also, I picked this HD springer up a few years back, but unsure if it's a 99-older or a 00-08, anyone have any ideas? I need some rockers and axle set for it, is why I ask. Thanks for any advice/input. Looking forward to this one.

Fender mounts on the front legs show its an early springer, 99 or older. Maybe 93 and older. Can't remember when the change was made.
