this is for my buddy. its a evo rev tec 113, hi tork starter bike hasent run in a few years i told him it might be sticking. any thoughts? im going over there to pull it out and see whats up. billy

if the motor spins and everything pushes out like it's suppost too then i would suspect the starter clutch.

make sure hes not had it off or had it worked on? I took one to get rebuilt way back and they gave me another one that handt been fixed and it was doin that,,drove me nuts till I realized it was bad..

Starter bendix, which makes sense, with the 113 engine. Or stripped splines on the jackshaft or gear drive.
