up first is a really nice sportster 35 mm front end with polished lowers, and polished top tree. i cut 3" out of the stock springs during mock up, and on a sportster with a weld on hard tail, the bottom frame rails were level to the ground. the forks measure 19" from the bottom triple tree to the axle. The caliper, axle, and speedo drive are all included. $300
