A thread gauge would answer your question the quickest. Unless someone chimes in with the answer in the short term, you could also email Biltwell.
I find it hard to believe the inner threads would be powder coated, but if they are you'll need to chase the threads with a tap before you could install the proper fastener.
Are your current bolts 1/2" x 20?
