I've seen a few different sizes of Routte barrels. I have one on the shelf that will drop right onto a set of unit 650 cases and fit pre-unit cases with a little clearancing, and another that's got spigots that are way bigger so it all depends what kit you started off with. I'm not sure if they have them in stock, but MAP Cycle makes some nice forged pistons to fit the Routte cylinders.
Thats good stuff you have posted lurkingclass, the metal between the cylinder bore and the centre bolt hole must get pretty thin with the bigger bore, has it caused trouble with blown head gaskets do you know ?
