Using the attached picture, could you all help me label some of these nipples?!:p

My oil tank has 2 inlets and outlet.

I believe #5 is the motor's outlet, which connects to one of the oil tank's inlets.
I believe #6 is the motor's breather, which connects to the other oil tank inlet.
I believe #7 in the motor's inlet, which connects to the oil tank's outlet.

I have plugged #2, #3, #4, and #8.

The big question is #1. Someone told me it was the "crank case vent". If so, where do I run the line to?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Yeah, Carlingas diagram nails it. If your not using your stock primary chain oiler set-up...plug off your #2,4,8. #1 can be a hose running to atmosphere.....On a shovel I usually run the hose over by the chain and let it puke there.
