I've got an 1980 shovel that I'm currently working on. I'm going to leave it pretty close to stock, but just going to add a little spice - cam, lifters, pistons, maybe 9:1 compression. Basicly going to freshen it up. The plan is kick-only, 4-speed. Looking for a rachet top trany as we speak. I have a sporty tank that has been sectioned and is going to get a flat bottom. Got a 1930's Ford spare tire ring for a fender. For now, going to run a 35mm front-end. Thinking about maybe stretching the frame 2"-3" up, but still not sure. That's the plan for now.
