Late M-20, or were the forks added to an older one??

Or did you get real lucky with an M-21??

the bike is 1947 but i don't know if it's a M-20 or M-21 the bike is for sale the owner ask 5000 us$ more or less, and he told me the engine is brand new the bike have also a primary belt drive i'm thinking to buy it but it's expensive for me i hsve others project on the way

Don't ride in shorts and flip flops. :)
He really don't come across as a American Yuppie, or a newbie, so I think that would be rare occurance.
