S&S Super E: Broken aircleaner attachment eyelet

My Super E has a broken aircleaner attachement. Have any of you encountered this? Easily repairable? Weld up and re-tap threads?

Looks like it took a beating. Yes, a little welding is in order. I'd suggest taking the carb apart first, of course.

Not for sure I would weld on a carb. But I have seen it done. But I would for sure jb weld that back in place as to support the air cleaner.
