1. Does anybody know of a place that carries these in stock?
2. What is the best way to properly install these so that they go in straight? Would you screw this in first and then the risers? Or screw these into the risers and then screw these into the forks?

I would try screwing them in first,but if you have pullback risers you may be screwed if the risers dont clear one another on installation
