I have a matching numbers engine and frame and a bill of sale for both. I live in Florida and I have no idea on how I go about making the bike legal. Do I have to use an out of state service? I've heard that Broadway Title is a good company. Any advice would be great!

I'd start by going to the DMV and showing them your paperwork. It may be that being an older bike that thee's some rules about bike older then X number of years. Or whatever, but you still need to start with the DMV. In some state you can get a "sherrif's title" by having the sherrif look at it. Other states are different. There was a debate a couple of weeks agoe on this forum about title services. Everyone had their own opinion.

Have you run a vin check on the bike to see if it's already in the system?
