Never took an interest in Sportsters until I saw these pictures. I like some a whole lot more than others. The cafes are really cool as well. Shows some diversity in what you can get from thses bikes. I know nothing about these bikes, I'm a Triumph guy so forgive my ignorant questions. Are the stock frames easy to hard tail? Are they bolt on or weld on kits or are most of these bikes running custom frames. I'm seriously considering picking one up if I find the right start up bike.

Spotsters remain the neglected stepchild of HD, which is fine with me, they are light, and fast, the engine tranny design makes em compact and can yield a bike that is very CLEAN.

The traditional "Oh it is a girls' bike" makes a lot of people steer clear.....that keeps the price down. It was not that long ago that it was pretty easy to find a running iron head for about a grand....

Even the new Evos can be picked up really reasonable.....

I have put 120,000 miles on my 93 xl
