my advice? ask Fabricator Kevin to make you a set....he made a set of round stock, turned, and fishmouthed to fit the frame perfect. well worth it if you dont have the tools to do it yourself.

if you have evertyhing, seat ,etc. im pretty sure you can just get these without the whole kit :) if not, let me know and i'll beat em into submission...

i made mine out of a piece of angle iron--welded to frame & used as rear fender mount as well as spring mount--cut a couple of bolts heads off so the shafts were at the right angle & welded them to the angle iron mount. put rubber shock bushings on under spring then tightened nut down--very solid & very cheap!! some pics in link---maybe you can see how they worked out.
