MADE IN USA fits aluminum inner primary, ie cone shovel WITH Electric start. Paughco seems to have discontinued these..it's heavy duty (heavier than an original tin primary, MUCH heavier than the other Taiwanese aftermarket ones). Comes with THREE new gaskets and the starter shaft roller bearing.
There's some stuff that looks like JB weld on the bottom that I JUST found, so it probably has a small hole in it. You don't want me to weld it...just sayin'.
