I heard about this pan 5 or 6 years ago I finally found it or it found me.
Brought it home and took it down to the frame. Building it like something we rode in late 70’s.
But with a few upgrades like the PM brakes. 1964 Motor stroked & bored to 94 inch runs great.
It was a very nice bike but not what I want mine to look like so here here is a picture of the frame now after some welding & molding

Not running a front fender. Had a friend with machine shop take off the goofy looking fender mounts with a lathe

I have spent the last week molding,sanding, priming more sanding....
Finally shot the black today!
I don’t do much painting anymore but pleased with how it came out

Nice job molding the frame. Especially the seat post area looks really nice.

Where can I buy a set of Panhead rocker box covers with decent CHROME
Mine are a little scratched and rusted
I can’t get them cleaned up as nice as I’d like them to be. any vendor sell some with high-quality chrome or do I have to have these re-chromed?

Got the tins back from the painter today! Super excited. All that’s left now is everything
