My 58 has aftermarket bottom end original owner said he thinks they were spruthe but I have been told from someone else there std. there’s no name stamps just some numbers attached below does anyone recognize the brand? Thanks

Cometic gaskets
Maybe hydraulic lifters?
That is a show air cleaner, it will likely strangle the motor
Any clues on the bottom of it?
I think that if Sputhe made them they would have his thumbprint on them,
STD likely just direct copies, but that's conjecture.

It has Jim’s solid lifters and no name stamps anywhere.. another person told me v twin?

Welcome to the forum. The markings indicate STD. At the front it looks like an STD identification number and the markings at the back are abbreviated versions of that.
Sometimes the letters STD were cast-in. On the left case they were sometimes on a small boss above the timing plug hole. But some STD left cases had a different boss in that position and it was big enough to accommodate a Harley-style serial number.
On R-H cases the letters STD are sometimes under the ID number and sometimes they are above it as per the example below.
Maybe the letters were removed from your cases or perhaps they were never there in the first place? Try contacting STD to see if they have a record of your ID number.

The specific font of the numbers on the STD and the OP's match though, and it doesn't look like a commonly available commercial stamp. If you look at the OP's case, you can see straight lines going vertically over the numbers, looks like file or course sand paper marks instead of rough cast. Possibly a previous owner or the builder removed the STD logo and carefully blended the area.
