Is there a site online that decodes Triumph vin numbers?

I don't think I'm smart enough to decipher that page. Can someone help me with my 500 Triumph? Frame and engine numbers don't match, which is not a big deal. My state registers by frame number.

Frame is KD60087 T100R
Engine is XE06754 T100C

I'd like to have my info straight before visiting the DMV. Thanks.

Looks like your frame is a Sept '69-'70 T100R and your frame is a Dec '70-'71 T100C. If I'm reading it right.
