I think air/ fuel should be about 1 1/2 turns out to start out from.

B has no choke; an enricher.

As was already said, 1.5 turns out on the idle screw is a good start

The air bleed is fixed diameter (I believe 0.053"), though you can tap and face it for a jet.

Most BTs tune with a 0.072 main, and a 0.031 or 0.0295 intermediate jet.

Check for carb body wear at the throttle shaft. It'll be tough to tune if the body is worn. S&S sells a shaft and bushing kit. Ream the body for the bushings.
i knew it was enricher, i always forget that word, LOL.. im so new to bikes, LOL
